We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and driven Production Assistant / Co-ordinator to join the Red Event Production team.

Working closely with our Operations and Production team, you’ll support the planning, preparation and delivery of live events across audio, lighting, video, staging and wider production. The role will involve a mix of office-based co-ordination, warehouse preparation, supplier and crew communication, and on-site support during event installs, live delivery and de-rigs.

**NEW** JUNIOR WAREHOUSE AV TECHNICIAN

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hands-on Junior Warehouse Technician to join the Red Event Production team.

Working closely with our warehouse and operations team, you’ll help prepare, test, check, load and de-prep equipment for a wide range of live events. The role will involve working with audio, lighting, video, staging and production equipment, making sure everything leaves the warehouse clean, complete, accurate and ready for site.

This is a great opportunity for someone practical, organised and keen to learn. You’ll have a positive attitude, a strong attention to detail and be happy getting stuck in as part of a busy team. Previous experience in events or technical production would be useful, but a willingness to learn and take pride in the job is just as important.

The role may include some early starts, late finishes, evening and weekend work, with overtime available.

**NEW** ASSET & SYSTEMS MANAGER

We’re looking for a meticulous, organised and proactive Asset & Systems Manager to take ownership of our equipment stock and asset processes. Attention to Detail is critical, along with prior experience with Current-RMS.

This role is all about keeping our kit, systems and standards in excellent shape. You’ll manage equipment records, repairs, maintenance schedules, PAT testing, parts, labelling, stock levels and system accuracy, making sure everything is where it should be, recorded properly and ready for use.

Working closely with the warehouse, operations and production teams, you’ll help drive continual improvement across how we manage, maintain and track our equipment. The role will also include hands-on time in the warehouse, giving you regular contact with the kit and a clear understanding of how it moves through the business.

We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, a practical mindset and a real sense of ownership. The aim is simple: asset perfection.

Salary dependent on experience.
