A FLAGSHIP TECH CONFERENCE ACROSS FOUR SPACES
We created a premium, brand-aligned conference environment across four zones: a main plenary, breakout rooms, demo spaces and a dedicated interview studio.
The Execution
FULL PRODUCTION ACROSS EVERY SPACE
We built one production framework across all spaces so audio, visuals and content standards stayed consistent throughout the day.
- 01 Main Plenary: LED Wall and Stage
We delivered twin 4m x 2.5m Absen PL2.5 LED walls integrated into a wrapped scenic set, creating a structured keynote environment.
- 02 L-Acoustics PA and Encrypted Audio
We deployed a full L-Acoustics PA and encrypted Sennheiser wireless microphones to deliver even speech coverage and support commercially sensitive discussions.
- 03 Breakout Rooms and Demo Space
We equipped breakout rooms and a dedicated demo room with consistent content infrastructure for sessions and live software showcases.
- 04 Full Video Production
We delivered multi-camera coverage for plenary sessions and built a branded on-site interview studio, with footage delivered as finished post-event assets.
