The CREATIVE
A High-Stakes Event Across Four Unique SpaceS
We built a consistent production standard across two presentation halls, a large expo area, and a vehicle reveal inside the Formula 1 pit garages.
The Execution
Full Technical Production Across Every Space
We aligned staging, LED, lighting, audio and control across the site so the experience stayed cohesive, even with multiple environments running simultaneously.
- 01 Hall 2: Main Stage
5m x 3m flown Absen 2.5 pitch LED wall, flanked by 1m LED columns with integrated lighting, plus full staging, distributed audio and an overhead truss with moving lights.
- 02 Hall 3: Presentation Space
4m x 3m flown LED wall with matching 1m columns and integrated lighting, mirroring Hall 2 quality for multiple sessions.
- 03 Expo Area
AV infrastructure to support multiple supplier stands and interactive brand experiences, with lighting designed for energy and visibility.
- 04 F1 Pit Garage: Vehicle Reveal
Wireless lighting fixtures flown from the ceiling and programmed reveal sequences to deliver a controlled unveiling moment.

All four zones operated cleanly, with each space performing as intended from conference content through to the vehicle reveal. We were commissioned to deliver the event again the following year.
