The brief
To deliver event production for the annual ER & DCR awards ceremony, which we have supported for several years.
This awards ceremony has been held at Christchurch Spitalfields for a number of years, and is a stunning venue that needs little done to enhance.
with the style being electrical lamps & tungsten effects, we opted for a range of lighting fixtures.
The Execution
It was important to honour the ‘electrical’ theme, so we employed this in our stage design. Following discussions with the client and the venue, we selected lights and standing components that highlighted hits, creating an ‘electric buzz’ that ensured guests were impressed, and immersed in the evening’s events.
To achieve the desired theme and look we used a range of Portmans, Chauvet Strike Array Cell blinders and exposed truss.
We wanted to make sure that whoever was on the stage was the centre of attention.
So we used:
- Prolight Eclipse Profile Lights
- Chauvet Outcast Beamwash Lights
- Chauvet LED Blinders
- Portman P1 Mini LED Lights
- 12.5k Panasonic 4K Laser Projector
And, for the separate DJ area we created a Custom wrapped DJ booth, PA and ambient lighting.
