The Creative
Our clients Annual Capital Markets Party at Claridge’s is a highlight of the company’s event calendar.
It’s known for its top tier production standards and creativity, and over 1,000 key stakeholders. It’s a personal representation of our clients brand, with every detail meticulously crafted to impress.
This year’s theme, ‘Subtle Circus’ gave us the chance to put a unique twist on classic circus aesthetics, and continued the tradition of immersive themes such as Winter Wonderland and Narnia that are so true to this event.
To bring the concept to life, we collaborated closely with Linklaters to seamlessly deliver a polished and visually stunning event, with every element reflecting the sophistication and prestige of the brand.
with over 1000 guests, the key is to create impactful theming without putting anything on the floor – keeping everything lifted to the walls or air.
The Execution
The iconic ballroom space at Claridge’s was transformed using rich red velour draping and custom-fitted red carpets. We wanted to set the stage for an unforgettable evening. By creating an immersive environment and incorporating themed counters and bars we made sure every corner of the venue captured the ‘Subtle Circus’ vibe.
An exceptionally creative project, this demanded incredible attention to detail to make sure we really delivered that ‘wow’ factor. We helped our client host an event that not only celebrated the relationships they have with their clients but also reinforced their reputation for excellence.
The DETAIL
- Rich red velour draping and custom red carpet for an elegant, thematic transformation.
- Bespoke props, counters, and bars tailored to the “Circus Not Circus” theme.
- Statement bulb lettering, including a branded glowing archway with branded signage. Custom Fabricated
- Festoon lighting throughout the venue to create a warm and inviting glow.
- Breakup lighting to add depth and dimension to the space.
- House-rigged PA system for clear and balanced audio throughout.
